I was reconciling last January (I need to catch up!) and noticed there was an old purchase that was resolved and cleared two months ago that should not be there. Trying to undo the entry did nothing except reset my already cleared items. Ignoring this and clearing all the correct items of the month results in my 'Unresolved' number = the old purchase that should have been cleared.
As all of you know, I can't/shouldn't post it until my 'Unresolved' is zero. This has happened to me in the past and I ended up going to a previous backed up version and started all over again. Obviously this is a lot of work and I'd prefer not to do that again!

Problem solved! I contacted a friend who told me to show my corrections. The old purchase was a 'withdrawal' and an adjustment to the purchase (separate entry) was a 'deposit'. I cleared the old purchase and then it was fine.
