    Hi Kim, Firewall/antivirus programs the same as before hard disks crashed as these were on my C drive which didn't crash. SA originally installed with firewall/antivirus programs running and had zero problems until drives crashed. Have reinstalled SA (and reregistered) and reinstalled Microsoft.net...
