By providing Simply Accounting by Sage free of charge for use in your classroom, we help you give your students the skills they need to succeed when they enter the workforce.
With this exciting new program, registered educators will receive free Simply Accounting software for their classrooms, a multimedia Learning Guide, and free installation support. And you will be giving your students the benefit of real-world accounting experience using software preferred by Canada's accountants and small businesses.*

To register in our Educational Partner Program:
- Read Do I qualify for the Educational Partner Program? to verify your eligibility.
- Fill out the Registration Form and submit all of the required information.
- Once we have received your registration form and we verify your academic qualifications, we will send you the Educational Partners Program Package. Please allow 10 to 15 business days to process and ship your order.
Our Educational Partner Program includes:
- Simply Accounting software (in either English or French) for each seat in your classroom or lab
- Installation technical support
- Unlimited access to support for instructors (customer support specialists reserve the right to limit support calls to one hour or one incident).
- Grade 11 and 12 curriculum case studies
- Free annual renewal software for registered members*
*Institutions that register in our program are automatically eligible to receive a free upgrade to the next version of Simply Accounting, which includes free shipping. If you are currently registered with us and have not received your software upgrade for this year, please send an e-mail to SimplyEducation.ca@sage.com.
School Edition
This full edition of Simply Accounting can be installed on all lab computers, as well as onto the teachers' personal computers to facilitate course preparation.
Student Edition
The student edition of Simply Accounting can be installed on students' personal computers for learning purposes. For more information on how to obtain copies of the Simply Accounting student edition, please contact us at SimplyEducation.ca@sage.com.
