Simply Accounting by Sage customers with a support plan or who have registered a new Simply Accounting product in the last 30 days are entitled to use advanced features such as Simply Accounting Product Support Chat.
To use this feature inside the Sage Software Accounting for Small Business Knowledgebase, select “Simply Accounting Support” from the “Select a Category” drop-down options on the “Live Chat Assistance” tab. Our product support representatives will verify your entitlement when your chat session starts.
If you do not have a Simply Accounting by Sage support plan or have not registered a new Simply Accounting product in the last 30 days, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase a plan so that we can assist you.
